Fuel costs are not included in the rental price. You will be responsible for fuel expenses during the rental period. The boat will be provided to you with a full tank and it is advisable that you refuel before returning it to the designated location.

The booking cannot be cancelled, as per our cancellation and modification policy. However, it can be moved to another date, to be determined based on availability. We recommend consulting the specific details during the booking process or contacting our customer service for assistance.

In the event of adverse weather conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to go out to sea, we will work with you to reschedule your charter or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances. Your safety is our top priority, so we inquire about weather conditions before making charter arrangements. In such situations, you can contact our customer service team.

There is no refund except in the special case of a weather alert for the entire duration of the rental or lease.

For the rental, both online and on-site, payment must be made by credit card.
